Duties and responsibilities :

General administration support.

Compiling presentation decks for potential customers as well as weekly and monthly wrap up presentations.

Research and compiling of leads.

Booking and follow-up of local shipments to customers.

Assistance in planning, administration, and execution of events and influencer activities.

Support new and existing customers service queries, deliveries, and general customer admin support.

Work independently and self-manage.

LBV Sales Manager
Duties and responsibilities :
-
Drive and find new sales points for LBV – meet KPI and sales targets set
-
Support new and existing customers with taking of orders, deliveries, and general admin support for account management.

Identify events for the brand to be represented at and setup and activate the event for the brand.
-
Assist in securing and maintaining the relationships for influencers/celebrities for the brand.
-
Managing the stock and product daily.
-
Generate sales analysis, trends, and performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis
-
Assist with customer service queries.
-
Secure brand representation at key nightclub venues.
-
Work independently and self-manage.
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and to meet deadlines.

5-7 years Sales Experience in fashion industry in a middle management level
